He is survived by : his daughter Charlotte; his parents, Susan Lorentzen and Kent Lorentzen of Brick, NJ; his siblings, Adam and Charlotte of Hoboken, NJ; his fiancé Jack Ciapciak of New York City; and his friends, Whitney Weldon and Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva.
