She was predeceased by: her parents, Alec Swyer and Esther Swyer; her former husband Leonard Kempner; and her husband Cy Saltzman. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Tripodo (Paul), Stephanie Patten, George Saltzman (Della Striker), Karen Saltzman, Nancy Bornstein (John), Jim Kempner (Sondra Kitchen) and David Saltzman (Gale Smith); her grandchildren, Nate Patten, Esther Patten (Justin), Danna, Rachel Bornstein, Will, Matt Kempner and Dalen Saltzman; her great grandchild Sullivan Rubinstein; and her sister Marilyn Ackerman (Adrienne Lawlor).
