He is survived by: his wife Rosetta Francolino (Barritta); his children, Maria F. Balsamo (Michael), Rosario A. Francolino (Catherine) and Michael J. Francolino (Kate); his grandchildren, Valentina, Isabella, Joseph, Michael, Jr. and Mia; and his siblings, Lina, Angelina, Rosa and Domenico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
