We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2023, at the age of 84, Gerard Barton of Westfield, New Jersey, born in Harrison, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Barton and Harold Barton (Red); his son Gerard Michael; his brothers, John and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Barton and John Tomosieski.
He is survived by: his wife Carol of Westfield; his children, Michael Barton (Rachel) of Westfield, Thomas Barton (Mary Pat) of Newark, DE and Margaret Tice (John) of Toms River, NJ.; his grandchildren, Matthew Tice, John Barton, Christopher Tice, Graham Barton and Lia Barton; his sisters, Nancy Tomosieski of Little Rock, AR and Mary Rice (Peter) of Toms River, NJ; and his sister-in-law Yvette Barton of Allentown, PA.. He is also survived by three children, their spouses, and five grandchildren.
