He was predeceased by: his parents, Fang Chih and Fang I-Chih; his wife Juliana Hsia (Chung-Jen); and his siblings, Ann, Lily, Catherine and Shirley.
He is survived by: his children, Edward, Jennifer, Kenneth (George) and N. J.; his great grandchild Bennett; and his siblings, Grace, Jolson, Emily, Edith, Irene and David.
