He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cilia and Shirley; his son Alex Sanchez; his wife Elvira Jimenez; his children, Cilia Nino, Rigoberto Sanchez, Carlos N. Sanchez, Alexis D. Sanchez and Shirley E. Sanchez; his siblings, Bertulfo, Geronimo, Hector, Alexander, Graciela, Elsa and Rosa; and his children-in-law, Guillermo Nino, Carlos Reyes, Nazly Sanchez-Bernal, Miriam Sanchez and Maiara Araujo. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
