He was predeceased by: his parents, Dreyfus Bishop and Camilla Bishop (Wanda Fae Bishop); his grandchildren, Candace, Reed and Paige Bishop; his brother Richard (Nancy Bishop); his siblings-in-law, Kelly Bishop and Foy Johnson; and his nieces, Laurie Jones and Devon Bishop.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his friends, Joe Franklin and Don Hiles; his nephew Danie Bishop; his children, Tim Bishop (Susan) and Brenda Lestician (Guy); his grandchildren, Laine McMullen (Andrew), Brooke Bishop, David Lestician (Amanda), Christopher Lestician, Christine Benson (Bruce) and Nicholas Lestician; his great grandchildren, Grier and York McMullen; his brother Dr. Robert Bishop; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Johnson, Kathleen Adkison (Ralph), Ramona Draper (Lloyd), Sharon Crowe and James Rooker (Judy).
