He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Cornick and Bridget Cornick; and his siblings, Marion Panody, Alice Kinsella and Buddy Cornick.
He is survived by: his wife Anastasia Cornick (D'Alessandro); his son Dennis Cornick (Joanne); his grandsons, Christopher Cornick (Elizabeth) and James Cornick; and his great grandchildren, Parker Lilly, Bailey Lynn and Grant Michael.
