He was predeceased by: his father Kasu Frank Miller, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Miller; his sister Jane; his brother-in-law Ernest Hafer, Sr.; his aunts, Elizabeth Austin and Patricia Temple; his close friend Janet Wasserman; and also Randy Crianza. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
