He was predeceased by: his parent George Cook, Sr.; and also Alice Danbury Cook. He is survived by: his parent Susan Applegate Cook; his son Jeffrey Cook of Ewing; his daughter-in-law Loraine Cook of Ewing; his daughter Melissa Curatola of Texas; his son-in-law Bruce Curatola of Texas; and his grandchildren, Brian Cook, Brandon Cook (Bianca Brower), Douglas, Gregory and Ryan Curatola. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
