Rampmeyer (West Wildwood, New Jersey), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 14, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph and Mary Grace Scarpato (O'Brien); his daughters, Sherri Farnan (Rich), Candice Comstock (Greg) and Michelle Rampmeyer (Marty Hynes); and his siblings, Linda Karpovich and Ellie MacCloskey. He was also cherished by his daughters and grandchildren along with his two sisters.
