He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Wayne Topley (Angela) of Pennington, NJ, Jeffrey Topley of Yardley, PA and Bonnie Cooper (John) of Ewing, NJ; his siblings-in-law, Lewis Slocum and Kathleen Topley; his wife Beverly J. Topley (Carver); his parents, Leroy Topley and Hannah Topley; and his siblings, Howard, Alyse Topley, Mary (Topley), Emma Slocum (Topley), Leroy Topley, Helen (Topley), Thomas Allibone, Barbara (Topley) and Wayne Phillips. He was also cherished by grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and another great grand baby.
