She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Fitzpatrick and Jessica M. Fitzpatrick (McCormack). She is survived by: her sisters, Nora Fitzpatrick and Meg Leventhal; her brother-in-law Nathan Leventhal; and her nieces and nephews, Keira, Madigan, Rowan and Finnian Leventhal. She is also survived by aunts, cousins, friends.
