He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Levine and Dossie Levine (Cohen); his sister Estabel Levine Fiverson; and his significant other Nancy Levine. He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Patty; his grandsons, Jordan, Danny and Marc; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Jackson and McKenna; his stepdaughter Lori; his daughter Rachael; his son-in-law John; and his grandchildren, John, Wendy, Peter and Charles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
