He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Conrad and Jeanette Conrad; his siblings, Barbara and William; his children, Janice and Arthur; and his pets, Bella and Buddy.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Jill Krawiec and Denise Heavener (Doug); and his grandsons, Zackary and Andrew Heavener. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces & nephews.
