She was predeceased by : her father Ralph Bernardine; her siblings, Ralph Bernardine (Sally), John Bernardine (Gail), Helen Bernardine and Louise Gallaway (Jack); and her siblings-in-law, Dan Hickman and Gloria Bernardine.

She is survived by : her mother Mary Bernardine (Lissi); her family Mary; her children, Marnie Bergen and Jason Bergen (Melissa); her grandchildren, Laurel and Miller Bergen; and her siblings, Anthony Bernardine and Jane Hickman. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home (557 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Anthony's R. C Church (276 Diamond Bridge Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506).
