He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Provenzano and Frank Provenzano; his wife June; his son Michael Provenzano; and his son-in-law Frank Feola.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Feola, Karla Drumm (Patrick) and Mark Provenzano; his sister Jean DeMichele (Patrick); his grandchildren, Matthew Feola, Ryan Drumm (Jennifer), Robert Drumm (Diana), Erik Drumm (Lauren), Leslie Schneibel (David) and Michele Feola; and his great grandchildren, Elowen Drumm and Aubrey Schneibel.
