She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Rydahl and Arne Rydahl; her brother Gunnar; and her daughter Jenny. She is survived by: her husband George Hellen; her daughters, Sylvia Gott (Glen) of Connecticut and Anne Rizza (Sal) of Connecticut; her grandchild Charlie Gott of Connecticut; her brother Yngve Rydahl; her pet Rudy; and her close friend Harry.
