With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty A. Brown of West Milford, New Jersey, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Whitmore and Bella Whitmore (Albanese); her sister Helen Way; and her son-in-law Dave Hoitsma. She is survived by: her children, Susan Shields (John), Joseph Brown, Debra Makris (Thomas), Colleen Milne (Jeff) and Kim Runo (Chris); and her close friend Elaine Collin. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
