She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her parents, Gladys and Harry; and her sisters, Joan and Kaye.
She is survived by: her sister Julie Scott of Grants Pass; her children, Frank Kulak (Laurie) of Minneapolis, MN, Cecilia Mazza (James) of Atlantic Highlands and Julie Rogers (Jackson) of Atlantic Highlands; her grandchildren, Julie Mazza-Softcheck (Michael), James Francis Mazza (Samantha) and Evan Kulak; and her great grandchildren, Cecelia Sheila Mazza-Softcheck, Lucia Mazza-Softcheck, Teadora Mazza-Softcheck, Michael Mazza, Serafina Mazza-Softcheck, James Mazza and Audriana Mazza.
