It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Metrokotsas (West Long Branch, New Jersey), born in Neptune, New Jersey, who passed away on December 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Attardi and Lee Attardi; her husband Nicholas Metrokotsas; her sister Anna Mae; and her niece Celeste Vaccaro.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cooper (David), Sue Capelli (Giampiero), Diane Vetrano, Donna Pryor (William) and Robert Vetrano (Sue); her grandchildren, Kira Cooper (Avi), Kade Cooper (Jing), Alyssa Vetrano, Bob Vetrano, Parker and Josie Pryor; and her siblings-in-law, Lillian Lang and James Vaccaro, Jr.. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital.
