He is survived by: his children, Richard Kullback (Debbie), Janice Wittmershaus (Bruce) and Shari Canell (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Josh Wittmershaus, Brett Wittmershaus (Julie), Brian Canell (Amanda) and Lindsay Milstein (Craig).
