He was predeceased by: his son Michael D'Annunzio. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette D'Annunzio; his children, James (Teresa D'Annunzio) and Elizabeth (Gerardo Voglino); and his daughter-in-law Carol D'Annunzio. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren.

He spent a large amount of time as the Co-President of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, where they did major good for local communities, whether it was finding housing, donating furniture, clothes or food.
