He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Migliaccio and Maria Migliaccio; and his siblings, Joseph, Nicholas and Nevasse Fragale.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Samuel F. Sestito; his children, Anthony C., Colleen Migliaccio of Oceanport, Lynne Ann, Paul Casale, Rodney and Jeanna Migliaccio of Eatontown; his grandchildren, Anthony Migliaccio (Stephanie), Lauren Nastasi (Thomas), Amanda Liska (John), Kara Casale and Dominic Migliaccio; his great grandchildren, Audriana, Siena Nastasi, Sofia and Scarlett Liska; and his brother James C. Migliaccio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
