He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Berthold Sherman and Belle Sherman (Samisch); his wife Judy Kaplan; his sister Meryl Sherman; his children, Susan (Scott Hildebrant), Eric (Deborah Sherman) and Betsy Sherman; and his sister Carole (Stanley Shapiro).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
