She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry; her parents, Joseph Hayes and Sarah Hayes; her siblings, Theresa and Joseph; and her brother-in-law Robert Jeffrey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Nancy), Diane DiVita (John) and Jay (Jeanne); her sister Mary Gene Smith (Gene); her siblings-in-law, Marbeth Hayes, Pat Scanlon and Joyce Scanlon; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Katie, Jack, Erin, Kristen, Andrew and Emily. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
