She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Rival and Mario Sapanaro. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Martin-Peck (Thomas), Sandy Martin-Dorofy (David) and Lori Martin-Chamberlin (George); her granddaughter Samantha Dorofy (Paul Milano); and her close friend Ursula Kilburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Samaritin Hospice.
