He is survived by: his parents, William E. and Gladys Chambault; his grandson Dustin Heavilon; his daughters, Ellen Heavilon (Jay), Nancy Carens (Sean) and Susan Baker (Paul); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jose), Aaron (Wendi), Kyle (Brittany), Kevin, Harrison, Jaime, Henry (Olivia), Brian, Lee and Emily; his great grandchildren, Rodie, Jackson, Gabriel, Chloe, Mateo and Everett; and also, Shirley Theresa Chambault (Gursey) and Kathleen C. Chambault (Custy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hart Gallery Tennessee or Mount St. Dominic Academy.
