It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina J Polakowski (West Caldwell, New Jersey), born in Bondsville, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jarocki and Henry Jarocki; her husband Stanley Polakowski (NJ); her sons, Leonard S. Polakowski and Craig E. Polakowski; and her sister Justine Tomie.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond E. Polakowski, Stan A. Polakowski and Michael Z. Polakowski; her brother Richard Jarocki; and her grandchildren, Shelley Rae, Raymond E. III, Eric and Kristopher. She is also survived by her 2 great grandchildren.
