He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bette Lou Palazzi; his children, Elizabeth Livingston (Kenneth) and Michael Palazzi Sr.; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Nicholas, Jenna, Jennifer and Christopher; and his brothers, Richard, Ralph Palazzi, John and Jimmy Palazzi.
