He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Susan), Valerie Wood (Paul) and Lorrie Pannullo; and his grandsons, Joseph, Robert, Richard, Steven, Gerard, Michael and Matthew.
During the pandemic, Joe volunteered to make sandwiches for a local food bank in Essex County.
