He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Veliky; and his brother Frank Veliky. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Martin (Bill); his grandchildren, Kathleen Curry (Robert) and Tracy Williamson (Joel); his niece Frances Byrnes-Spray; and his nephew Michael Veliky. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
