With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Chang (West Caldwell, New Jersey), who passed away on April 19, 2018 at the age of 74. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frederick Chang to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, John Chang of Fresh Meadows, NY. and May Chang of Fresh Meadows, NY.; his brother Glenn; and his significant other Linda Joe. He is also survived by three children and their spouses, Sandra (Jonathan Karabas), Michael (Michelle Leung), and Gregory (Alison D'Alleva), and nine grandchildren.

“I still find it hard to believe Fred is gone. I was devastated when I found out. I was so looking forward to seeing him at Stuyvesant's 60th reunion. I miss his sense of humor. Fred, Frank Chu, Ray Frye , and I had our own little cluster where we shared homework and stories. Fred was and will always be very special to me. My best to the family.”
