She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Jacquin; her parents, Mario and Rosaria (Pesce); and her siblings, Columbia Caffarra (Connie "Sis"), LanFranco (Frank), Edmont Michael (Mike), Emilio (Emil), Vincent Caffarra (Mary "Myou"), Edward Caffarra (Concetta "Jay") and Emerico Caffarra.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Jacquin (Don Bravo), John D. Jacquin (Patricia), Donald Jacquin, Jill Jacquin (Diane Bowler) and Ken Jacquin; her grandchildren, David, Laura Beth, Michael, Abby, Will and Morgan; her great grandchild Madeline Rose; and her nieces and nephews, Judy Caffarra, Michael Caffarra, Mary Lou Falco (Caffarra), Nick Caffarra, Rosalie Pocelinko (Caffarra), Debbie Bracaglia (Jacquin) and Barbara Bolehala (Jacquin).
