She is survived by: her parents, Carmine Loffredo and Filomena Loffredo; her husband Giacomo D'Onofrio; her brothers, Mario Loffredo and Vincenzo Loffredo; her children, Pellegrino D'Onofrio and Ines D'Onofrio; and her brother Bruno Loffredo.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, stjude.org or to the National Shrine of St. Gerard.
