He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell and Hilda Gooderman; his wife Dorothy L Bell; and his daughter Victoria. He is survived by: his son Jean-Paul Bell of West Berlin, NJ.; his grandchildren, Grace, Emma and Jack Bell; his siblings, Veronica, Katherine, Howard, Charlie, Stan, William and Leslie Bell; and his son JP.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Filomena's (13 Cross Keys Rd, West Berlin, NJ 08091).
