He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Anlage and Rose M. Anlage. He is survived by: his spouse Jean M. Anlage; his daughter Jennifer Anlage; and his siblings, John W. Anlage (Antoinette), Bruce Anlage (Diane) and Mary Beth Jones. He is also survived by his family and friends.
