She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Osterlund Sr. (Bob); her parents, Edward Palmer and Agnus Palmer; her brothers, Edward, Lester, Harry, James and Willard; and her grandson Keith Fraley.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia; her grandfather Surgent; her sisters-in-law, Eleanor Palmer and Gloria Palmer; her children, Bobbie Garrison, Kathy Shaffer, Cyndie Fraley (Troy) and Carl Osterlund, Jr. (Gail); her grandchildren, Nina Baldasare, Christopher Bernstel, Karrie Lin Stapp, Ronald Shaffer Jr., Nicholas Kovar, Cheyenne Fraley, Heather Morro and Brie Anne Fitzmaurice Osterlund; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Morgan, Christopher, Christal, Jared, Hunter, Kylie, William and GiannaBetty.
