It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph A McGovern Jr. of Wenonah, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Honey; his siblings, Robert, Jack, James McGovern, Emma Bennett and Catherine Rodgers; and his grandson Michael Francis.
He is survived by: his children, Helenann Knopp (Richard), Joseph McGovern (Linda), Mary Jo Ard, Eileen Kratochwill (Joseph) and Michael McGovern; and his siblings, Caroline Bader (Al), Thomas McGovern (Maryann), Francis McGovern (Carol) and Patricia Spurka (Edward). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great grandson; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
