He was predeceased by: his stepson Paul Morse; and his parents, Iva Dodson and John O. Dodson. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen M. Miller (Gary), Karen A. Herbert, John E. Dodson (Katherine) and David W. Dodson (Marie); his stepchildren, Eileen Salvatore (Michael), Anthony Morse (Sue) and Esther Morse; and his siblings, Mary Lou Morton and Rodney Sees.
