He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Collins; and his siblings, Donald Clayton Collins, Eli Collins, Jr. and Wanda Conley. He is survived by: his brothers, Leroy Collins of Bellingham, WA and Lewis Collins of Seaford, DE; and his close friend Susan Baresich (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
