He was predeceased by: his birth father Charles E. Martin; his parents, Theodore Sr. Shover and Nancy Shover; and his brothers, Theodore Jr. and Vance Shover.
He is survived by: his wife Joann Shover (Weaver); his siblings, Lisa Anderson, Harry (Karen) and Robert (Anita); and his godmother S. Elaine McBride. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
