He is survived by: his parents, Mario Díaz and Noemi González Díaz; his siblings, Casimiro Keno Jiménez, Elsa Pizarro and Noemi "Pumpkin" Ruiz; and his significant other Elizabeth Vallenilla. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
