He was predeceased by: his father Luigi Rendine. He is survived by: his granddaughter Vayda; his mother Lucia Vernola Rendine; his daughter Tia Lynn Rendine; his son-in-law Fernando Fuentes; his sister Roseanne (Ray Rand); his nephews, Jason and Ray, Jr. of Warwick, NY; his niece Amanda; his brother Dominick (Angela Rendine); his nephew Johnny; his godson Fabiana of Weehawken, NJ; his sister Tonia (Darrin Druzbik); his nieces, Stephanie and Emily of Manalapan, NJ; his brother Alex (Maria Rendine); his nephews, Michael, Nicholas and Mike; his close friend Frances Moore of Weehawken, NJ.; and his grandson Rio.

Memorial contributions can be made in Michael Rendine's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In honor of his grandson Rio, contributions may also be made to The Children's Heart Foundation.
