She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Gardner; and her husband John W. Phillips Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Doreen Butler (Gary), Lisa Johnson (Phillips), John Jr. and Kenneth (Julie); her grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Michelle DeAngelis (Nicholas), Willy, Lucy, Andrew (Hadear), Matthew, Shawn and John III; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Lawrence, Isabela, Richard, Alexis, Hunter, Gabriella, Isabella, Daniela and Shawn Jr.; and her siblings, Cynthia Keuntje (Gardner) and James Gardner (Doris).
