Francis Burns Obituary
We bid farewell to Francis Burns in Weehawken, New Jersey, born in New York, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 1, 2024 at the age of 74. Francis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Josephine; and his sister Maureen. He is survived by: his sons, Shawn of Akron, OH and Brian of Pearl River, NY; his daughters-in-law, Ana and Elaina; his grandchildren, Haley, Ryan, Danny, Tyler and Lilly; his siblings, Joe, Mike and Pat; and also Loretta. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (91 Stillhouse Rd, Millstone, NJ 08510). The military honors was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Bg William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
