With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward R. Anderson of Hazlet, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Edward is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Edward's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Anderson and Gladys Anderson (Lorgan); his son Matthew Lee; and his brother Jerry Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Anderson (Severini); his children, Adam Lee (Angela) of Union Beach, Edward Anderson (Jennifer) of Hazlet and Dawn Brady (Richard) of Hazlet; and his brother David Anderson (Lilia). He is also survived by grandchildren, 16 adored great grandchildren, and many treasured nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (3269 NJ-35, Hazlet, NJ 07730).
