He was predeceased by: his wife June. He is survived by: his children, Judith "Judy" Gerasimenko (George) of Kinnelon and William D. (Cathy) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Lauren LaMantia (Charlie), Christine McDevitt (Dan), Michael Gerasimenko (Geralanne Maglione), William D. Wackwitz, Jr. (Michelle) and Brian Wackwitz; his great grandchildren, Brendan Hout and Page Erekat; and his sister Elizabeth Cloughley.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Wayne First Aid Squad would be greatly appreciated.
