He was predeceased by: his parents, Being and Mabel; and his siblings, Felix, Archie, Shanthi and Marina.

He is survived by: his daughter Shebonie (Peter Gabriele) of Montville; his grandchild Daryl; his son Daryl Brito of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Victoria and Justin Gabriele; and his siblings, Thelma, Phylis, Vimala, Vasanthi and Ashok. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
