He is survived by: his wife Krystyna (Szorc); his children, George Mieczkowski, Renata Pizzali and Ewa (Tony); his grandchildren, Victoria, Jonathon, Brianna, Madelyn and Isabella; and his siblings, Krzysztof (Lilka) and Grazyna DeLorenzo (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
